Ulick has been practicing with McArdle & Frost since his bar admission in 2000. He represents those injured as a result of negligence. Ulick’s practice areas include medical negligence, trucking and automobile collisions, and nursing home abuse. He has also represented our clients in various types of business and real estate litigation. He has tried cases to verdict in Cook and Kane counties and the Illinois Court of Claims; and has successfully represented our clients in mediation and arbitration. Ulick is also an arbitrator for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration program and the State of Illinois University Civil Service Merit Board.

Ulick O’Sullivan is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Justice Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. In addition, Ulick is an active contributor of Pro Bono services to the Center for Disability and Elder Law, primarily helping with their bankruptcy project.

Ulick is a lifelong Chicagoan, having graduated from Loyola University in 1995 and DePaul University Law School in 2000, and currently lives in the city with his wife and children. Ulick has a deep knowledge of Irish history and culture and is adjunct professor of Irish history at St. Xavier University.
